Today, to celebrate its fifteenth anniversary, the Maison reveals a new interpretation of this foundational model: the Classic Origin Beige.

A TIMELESS MODERNITY

It brings together the familiar curves of the emblematic 40 mm Classic case, whose lines recall a pebble gently smoothed by the flow of a river. For the first time within the LF collection, the Classic Origin exhibits an unexpected lustre thanks to 5N red gold. This noble, warmly toned metal, paired with a new beige dial, gives rise to a timepiece that radiates both reminiscence and modernity. Once fully wound, the watch offers a power reserve of over 80 hours.

The LF116.01 calibre may appear more minimalist than some of the Maison’s more complex movements, yet it upholds the very same standard of meticulous finishing. The bridges are adorned with a sandblasted finish and treated in black rhodium, while every edge is hand polished. In contrast, the mirror-polished screws gleam like points of light. The finishing work as a whole, including the manually crafted interior angle on the escapement bridge, reflects the patient skill of the Maison’s artisans. Every component is hand-finished within the workshop. Nothing is left to chance – not even what remains unseen.
