Launched in 2023, PEQUIGNET’s Attitude Douce France collection comes back this year in a smaller diameter version. This new 34mm variant, with its delicate elegance, remains available in 6 subtle shades. It adorns the wrists of women and men with style.
This smaller diameter enriches this colorful family, inspired by the French seaside heritage. Douce France is the colorful variation of the Attitude watch, the first PEQUIGNET collection powered by the Calibre Initial®. Until now, it was available with a 39mm case.
Attitude was born in 2021. This refined watch with timeless lines was first launched in gold, in a limited and numbered edition. A steel version followed in 2022. In 2023, the limited-edition Attitude Élysée in association with the Presidency of the Republic was revealed.
ATTITUDE DOUCE FRANCE, IT’S TIME TO SHRINK
This new version of Attitude Douce France fits into the trend of small format watches. With its 34mm case and its «slender» design carefully attends to its proportions and quality of execution.
The Attitude Douce France collection is available with a palette of varied colors: pink, pastel blue, tangy orange, white, light grey or dark grey. On each model, the shade is in total harmony from the dial to the leather strap.
The Douce France collection is the perfect embodiment of a refined seaside lifestyle.
It invites you to stroll through the most prestigious French seaside resorts:
- Attitude Ocean Blue evokes the blue of the Atlantic Ocean of Biarritz.
- Attitude Provence Orange is inspired by the bitter orange of Nice, beloved by high perfumery.
- Attitude Sailboat White draws inspiration from the white of elegant yachts moored in Saint- Tropez.
- Attitude Boardwalk Grey pays homage to the legendary «planches» of Deauville beach.

Equipped with the Calibre Initial®, the third movement from the Maison PEQUIGNET, this watch is a jewel of technology. The in-house caliber that powers Attitude is characterized by its 65-hour power reserve, its patented semi-instantaneous date jump system, and its superb openworked oscillating weight, admired through its sapphire caseback.
Resolutely local and sustainable, the Calibre Initial® combines technicality, precision, and reliability. All of its components are sourced within 80km of Morteau, where are the workshops of the Manufacture, and 72% are from France.

PEQUIGNET, SUSTAINABLE WATCHMAKING EXCELLENCE
As a French high-end watchmaking manufacture, PEQUIGNET holds the label of “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”. The conception and production of its watches and movements take place in its workshops located in Morteau, at the heart of the French Jura. Founded in 1973 by Émile Péquignet, this watchmaking house has always created timepieces that break free from conventional codes and norms. PEQUIGNET stands out as one of the few independent watchmaking houses.
In 2010, PEQUIGNET evolved into a manufacture, welcoming highly skilled watch engineers. The Manufacture designs exceptional calibres, incorporating the latest technologies that bring life to its innovative and elegant watch creations.
In 2011, PEQUIGNET made a mark by creating its own movement: the Calibre Royal®, the sole high-end French movement. It is designed and assembled by the PEQUIGNET Manufacture. A hand-wound version of the Calibre Royal® was introduced in 2018, followed by a third movement, the Calibre Initial®.
In 2021, PEQUIGNET joined Enowe Excellence, an organization founded by Hugues Souparis, a former industrialist and entrepreneur committed to supporting French excellence in craftsmanship.
In 2024, PEQUIGNET once again asserts its French specificity by designing a flying tourbillon, the Calibre Royal® Tourbillon, the fourth in-house movement. This fundamental step in the development of a Manufacture is a strong marker. It legitimizes and confirms the know-how achieved by PEQUIGNET. This exceptional watch allows the Manufacture to join the small group of elite watchmakers.
